Administrative Services is comprised of marketing and sales, budgetary functions, procurement, and guest services. Collectively, the Administrative staff is charged with supporting the efforts of the operational Division. Highlights from Fiscal Year 2009 include the creation of a constituent tracking form to assist staff with documenting and addressing proper response times to requests from our citizens and users. The Director’s Office serves as a Unit within this Division and is the primary hub for communication, strategic direction, and overall implementation of Departmental activities. The Director’s Office is also responsible for executing the components of the Master Plan and Strategic Plan, which play important roles in connecting the day-to-day operations with the long-range plans for the Department of Parks and Recreation.
