Lakeview Events (VIP Complex) offers two levels of space suitable for corporate meetings, seminars, wedding/receptions, parties or special events. With each level containing a dance floor, Level 1 can accommodate 272 people for a buffet style dinner while Level 2 can accommodate 112 people for buffet style dining. The Bridal Suite is available with Level 1 rental only.
All fees are due at time of booking payable to CCBOC or Clayton County Board of Commissioners. Acceptable forms of payment include credit cards, checks or money orders.

ALCOHOL PERMITS AND FEES
All events requesting the use of alcohol must have a licensed alcoholic beverage caterer and obtain a permit through the Community Development Office. Before a permit can be issued, a Customer Request for Alcohol form must be completed through the Sales Office to redeem at the Community Development Office. Fees are associated with obtaining a permit through Community Development. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain copies of the permit issued by Community Development and bring to the Sales Office at International Park to have on file. Permits must be completed 30 days prior to an event. Security must be purchased and reserved for the duration of the event through the Sales Office at International Park 30 days prior to an event at a fee of $45.00 per hour with a three hour minimum. Groups of children 18 years old and under: One adult chaperone per 20 children and one security officer per 150 children.
