Instructional Classes are offered year-round in 5 week sessions.
Ballet, Tap & Jazz - This class will explore controlled movements while defining coordination and loco-motor skills. Through this class children will learn the structure of dance with exercise and movements, such as stretching, warm up galloping, jumping and taking turns practicing across the floor.
Fundamentals Of Basketball- This is a basic basketball class which will teach students dribbling, passing and shooting drills in a structured environment.
Advanced Basketball - Students will learn and focus on advanced basketball techniques and skills.
Hip Hop Dance (kids/teens) - This class will teach the students the basics of Hip Hop choreography and style, while having fun getting a great workout. This class will familiarize the participants with fundamental ideas of Hip Hop style dancing and building on the fundamental abilities.
Taekwondo - Learn basic techniques (punch, kick, block) advanced (formal practice) and how to fall. Tuesdays 7:00pm-8:30pm and Saturday classes are from 12:30pm-2:30pm.
Tumbling - Participants will learn to do front and back walkovers, cartwheels, back handsprings, splits and round offs.
Power Sculpting -Participants use special weights, tubes, and discs called gliders to give a resistance workout to challenge the most experienced workout enthusiast. This class is for intermediate and advanced ONLY. No beginners please.
Total Body Workout - A basic step class that incorporates resistance, hand weights and floor exercise.
Spinning Beginner and Intermediate - Participants join the instructor using a specially designed bike that allows you to increase the resistance to simulate going uphill, riding in a bike race, and riding on flat ground. Great lower body workout! 10 min of abs work at end of class.
Water Aerobics - This class combines cardio exercises with toning exercises for the upper body using hand buoys.
