Body Sculpting is a strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning.

Time: 7:30-8:30pm Days: Tuesday / Thursday Ages: 15+

 

Boot Camp Use your own body weight to develop a strong core, toned muscles, and lean frame in this intense class designed to challenge you.

Time: 12:00-1:00pm Day: Saturday Ages: 15+

 

Taekwondo is a non-aggressive and ethical system of self-defense. Its practitioners enjoy teaching physical and mental discipline.

Time: Tuesday  6:15-7:30pm Days: Saturday 12:30-2:30 pm  Ages: 6+

 

Fundamentals of Basketball

Students will learn the basic skills of basketball through organized play and drills that include ball handling, proper shooting techniques, passing, and defense.

Time: 6:15-7:15pm Days: Monday /Wednesday Ages: 7+  (Level 2)

Time: 7:30-8:30p Days: Monday / Wednesday  Ages: 7+  (Level 1)

 

Kid Stars Basketball

Participants will be introduced to the wonderful game of basketball.  Basic techniques of dribbling, shooting, and defense will be taught.

Time: 10:00-11:00am Day: Saturday Ages: 3-5

 

Zumba Gold (Low Impact) Learn the latest Latin steps while creating an exciting and fun aerobic workout.

Time: 12:15-1:15pm Day: Monday / Wednesday  Ages: 14+
